As the interface to our customers, you are a central point of contact and take on the processing of customer orders and inquiries. You will be the contact person for our customers in support matters and ensure that their concerns are dealt with by e-mail, telephone or remote maintenance. You will also ensure that our monthly software updates are available to all customers on time. In addition to these tasks, you will be actively involved in projects in an advisory capacity.
