As a support manager/customer advisor, you are the central interface between around 3,900 furniture retailers, over 190 furniture manufacturers and our colleagues. You are available to our customers as a contact person for support issues and ensure that their concerns are resolved quickly and reliably by e-mail, telephone or remote maintenance. You will also take on sales tasks: You will process customer orders, support the acquisition of new customers, advise customers during the software test phases and lead software training sessions. You will also ensure that our monthly software update is available on time. You will also take on other commercial and administrative tasks to ensure that everything runs smoothly. You will also be involved in projects in an active or advisory capacity.
