Can I install furnplan on additional workstations?
You can install furnplan on any number of workstations at the same furniture retail location. The license is valid for the entire furniture store. Each additional furniture retail location requires its own license and therefore its own customer number.
How can I remove unneeded manufacturers from furnplan?
You can only set unneeded manufacturers to invisible via the administration. To completely deactivate a manufacturer, please contact our support.
How do I get more manufacturer catalogs in furnplan?
You can either contact the manufacturer directly, or we can request the desired manufacturer for you via our administration program.
In both cases, the manufacturer itself decides on the release and always stores it itself. A furnplan update must be carried out after each new activation.
How can I change the contact person for furnplan?

Why doesn’t the furnplan link have an icon?
The icon cache is probably full. Windows can only register a certain number of icons. Please contact our support team with this information.
What does “An internal error occurred” mean?
This message can occur during installation and can have several causes:
– Insufficient hard disk space
– Missing authorizations in the installation path

Why do I see the message “Your license has expired X days ago”?
This is either because the license has actually expired or because you have outdated version and / or license information in furnplan. Please perform a furnplan update.
How do I get my prices in furnview?
The surcharges can be easily entered via the new online administration. If you are using the old administration, please contact our support team.
Does the use of furnview cost me anything extra?
The internal use of furnview via the login at view.furnplan.de or on your own server costs nothing extra. A public end customer version, on the other hand, incurs additional costs. Feel free to contact us in this regard!
Why is my rendered planning too light / dark?
The basic lighting may need to be adjusted. The more lighting you plan from the accessories, the less basic lighting you choose and vice versa.
Where is the rendering generated?
The planning is uploaded to our server via the furnray rendering service and rendered there. You only get the finished image back and do not have to worry about a drop in performance.
Which firewall and virus scanner exceptions are recommended?
Please set up an exception for the entire “furnplan” folder in the virus scanner to prevent the
performance and security. This applies to the local installation path, e.g.
